Autumn is officially here. I now can open the windows and patio door...and shut off the AC. Love this time of year...warm enough not to need the furnace, but cool enough not to need the AC. Makes my light bill look good! It is still in the high 70s to low 80s here every day. This weather usually hangs on until the middle or end of October before we have to hit the thermostat. I received my new fleece pullover yesterday from LLBeans and a new pair of brown pants....late new school outfit. I love fleeces in the fall.
Yesterday I made an Autumn Beef stew......yummy! It consists of veggies of choice, tomato sauce, and fried hamburg. My fall candles are out and my leaf wreath is on the door. Looks very fallish around here!
I'm well into the fall semester at school. My meteorology class is very interesting. I have to do a daily weather journal for the semester, and I'm learning a lot about weather conditions, clouds, etc. I have 5 speeches to give in my public speaking class. I got a 93 on the first one...am working on the informative speech right now. Pam helped me organize the power point presentation that goes with this speech and I appreciated it very much. Lots of homework this semester, but it keeps me off the street and out of trouble!
It's time for lunch so better close this essay. Hope you are all enjoying fall as it looks like a long, cold winter approaching. ENJOY!

She is a ham. . .that's for sure! I'm glad that fall is looking good to you. I disagree as it lasts about 4 weeks and then you know what hits for about 6 months! I do like fall, but not what comes along behind it! Glad that you are busy and off the streets these days. . LOL! Have a great day and hope you are feeling better! <3
She sure is a beautiful cat, and it looks like she really enjoys having her picture taken. Your hamper looks almost exactly like ours. That picture reminds me so much of Bradley because he used to do the same thing. He would hide in the hamper, and then one someone would come up the stairs, he would jump out and scare them (namely me!). He would do that to Breanna too when she still lived here. I agree with Barbara totally. I like Fall a lot too, but I hate what comes after.
Glad to see you are doing well these days and staying out of trouble.
Check out my new-ish blog, as I have not recently posted on Dancing Mom.
