Today is February 14th - Valentine's Day. It was also the day for the annual Senior Saints Valentine's Banquet put on by the older students of the academy of my church. We had a large turnout, considering it was snowing. Every senior saint was matched up with a student, who waited on them - complete with helping them to their car after the dinner. What a difference between teen-agers who are raised in Christian homes and those who have no church experience. These kids were extremely polite and kind to us in every way. My escort took all my pictures for me besides serving each course of the meal, filling water glasses, etc. After the dinner, we played a few games which involved both the young people and the seniors. Tha lady sitting beside me is Eloise - one of the friends I have made at FRBC, plus my transportation. Everyone had a great time, and I'm looking forward to next years banquet.
