The old-timers of Maine always said..."Maine has two seasons....winter and mud season!" Well, I have decided that Colorado also has two seasons..." summer and post-summer!!" Although it is now November, we still have leaves on the trees, flowers blooming, barbecues cooking on our patios, and no humidity, mosquitoes...or tourists!! Most of us here have no idea where our winter coat/scarf is and people ride their motorcycles year round. Can we say Paradise??
Sasha loves to be out on the patio. She plays with the leaves and looks between the railings at her neighbors. I think she must be teething as she chews on everything....books, pens, faucet handles...and even the watering can for my flowers. I gave her a pedicure this morning so she isn't very happy with me today.....she hates having her nails cut.
This is my "football" day. First game between Packers/Titans started at 11 am here and the final game tonight between the Pats and the Colts ends around 10 pm. The Broncos game comes in between these. Season is way too short for my taste...especially since they only play one game a week as opposed to baseball or basketball.
Back to the game!! Enjoy your post-summer season!

Enjoy your games!!! I hope to also!
The chewing may be symptomatic of something else and can probably be remedied rather than lived with. Here are some links I found online:
