Speaking of a lamb.......check out this little "lamb". Isn't this just too cute for words?? Mary may have had a little lamb....but not as cute as mine!!
Around here, March came in like a lamb with temperatures in the 70s all week. Unfortunately, around the country, most places saw March come in like a lion with howling winds and blowing snow with dropping temperatures. Guess that's why I now live in Colorado and the rest of you don't,huh?
Last evening I had dinner with my nephew up in Cheyenne,Wyoming. It was a celebration for Richard's son - Jonathan - who is leaving for Iraq on Tuesday. Richard drove the hour drive both ways to make me a part of the family group. His 3 children and their 6 1/2 children were all there plus Toni's mother and brother and family from Nebraska. We had a total of 11 adults and 7 1/2 children around the dinner table feasting on a roast beef dinner with veggies and rolls plus a fruit salad and strawberry shortcake for dessert.....all Jonathan's favorite foods. We will miss him while he is gone but pray for his safe return. He will have a new little lamb when he returns as his wife is due in May.
