As I write this, last night's snowstorm is blowing around outside in near white-out conditions. The temperatures are right at freezing which will make for hairy driving conditions as the melting re-freezes later today. I revel in the fact that this is April: the days are longer, the lilacs are budded, and the 60 degree forecast for this week will take all this lovely white stuff away soon. It rained for several hours last night before it turned to snow, so our parched lawns and landscaping have had some reprieve for the moment. Soon my geraniums will be blossoming out on the patio and we will be complaining about the heat.
As I close this, I noticed Sasha is apparently zoned out and ready for the oven!! That's 15 pounds of kitty in a 9" by 12" cake pan, folks!! Bet Ying-Yang can't do that. She just amazes me with her antics.
