Almost spring here!!

Well, it's another Sunday and the beginning of my 70th day here in Colorado. It's also the beginning of my 77th day without a cigarette. Just an update for you who are keeping tract of my progress. The temperature here today is almost 60 degrees and due to be in the 70s by Tuesday. Pam and Rob are off skiing in Winter Park today, but yesterday we did yard work at their place and went shopping in the afternoon. Then I took Pam's car and went and got a haircut and some minor errands. Last night we had a late dinner of barbecued chicken on the grill with risolto and a side dish of tomatoes and asparagras seasoned with parmesian cheese and olive oil. Rob did all the cooking while Pam was teaching me to cast on stitches as I'm learning to knit. After dinner, we played a game of Rummikubes. Today I am working on my test assessment paperwork in algebra in preparation of taking a placement test for Front Range Community College. Not sure what the status of my financial aid is until the end of the month, but want to be ready if they call me to go register. This afternoon I'm going to work on my plastic canvas calendar.
