Sassy Sasha

There is an old saying in Maine...if you don't like the weather...wait a minute! Well,I got to tell you, that could also apply to weather here on the Front Range. Yesterday it was 72 degrees with a 30mph wind and it was a gorgeous day. I had all the windows open most of the day...really felt like spring. This morning, I awoke to snow with 42 degrees!!! Short spring, huh?

Sasha is about three months old now and she weighs 4 wopping pounds! As you can see, she rules this home. She spends most of her waking hours tearing the house apart as fast as I can put it together. Pam keeps reminding me, "You wanted a kitten." Much like having a toddler around. I am supposed to go to Denver this weekend with Pam for a Creative Memory crop gathering, but I haven't convinced myself that this is the best thing to do since Sasha has never been left alone overnight. She requires a lot of supervision as many of her activities require immediate fixing. Her casual pastime is working on my jigsaw puzzle. I get up every morning and find pieces of it around the living room floor. Oh,well....that's better than picking up dirty underwear from the bedroom floor every morning! It's been 17 years since I've had a man in my life and....life is good!!!!

Hey Mom! It's been around 50 here in ME for the past 2 days & today we have about 4 more inches of snow on the ground. Don't you miss it? Have fun this weekend! You definitely should go with Pam. Sasha will be fine.
